My Story
My life has always been about crossing thresholds — between cultures, between the seen and unseen, between who I thought I had to be and the truth of who I am. Growing up as a third culture kid, I learned early how to listen deeply, navigate many worlds, and find belonging through connection. Music became my first bridge, carrying me across continents and into hearts — even to the front page of The New York Times for my pandemic project Lullaby Club, where I sang people to sleep each night during lockdown.
But after years of chasing what I thought would bring fulfillment, I realized the real journey wasn’t out there — it was in here. I began to study the landscapes of the inner world, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), meditation, and musical channeling into a way of working that invites transformation from the inside out. My role is to create a safe, resonant space where your own inner wisdom can speak — whether in quiet conversation, guided self-exploration, or immersive sound journeys.
